Woke up 4 in the morning with a couple of my friends and took this photo when the sunrise came around 5 today. It was super cold, but it was worth it! Took this photo up on the bluffs at the weather station.
A beautiful springtime Iris bloom and if you look really closely there is a tiny bee in the upper left corner just above the blossom. I thought it was really cute and a nice surprise too!! I hope you like it too.
This was taken up at my fiance's farm while doing hay. It was late in the evening while the sun was setting. The jersey cow's name is Norma, she is as tame as can be and is very photogenic.

A fox that has been around our house for a few years made a den and had seven Fox pups and we saw them today so we got pictures. They seem to be around 3-5 weeks old.

I could hear the sandhill cranes out on the marsh, but it wasn't until the fog started to burn off that I could see them.
One of the pair of trumpeter swans that nests on our cranberry marsh. It's mate has a neck band, so we can confirm that it's the same pair from year to year. Trumpeter swans mate for life and Individuals can live 20-30 years.
On Friday, these crocus were covered with snow. On Saturday, they were enjoying the warm temperatures, just like the rest of us!

Shot this photo on my Parents Farm. It was a Very cold night, but made for a great clear night of stars. Which in turn was great for Star Trails.. I got to visit with my parents in their Dairy Barn while they was milking.

At 7:20am on Friday January 23, 2015 I took this beautiful picture! This picture was taken off of Sand Lake Road just north of Menards. Within 5 minutes of taking this picture the sky had changed, still beautiful but not as vibrant!
