Black River Falls homicide suspect arrested in Milwaukee

BLACK RIVER FALLS, Wis. -

Law enforcment in Milwaukee arrested Michael Harmon, the suspect in a Black River Falls homicide, on Thursday night.

Black River Falls police say Harmon was the last known person to have contact with 34-year-old Angela Nelson. Her body was found on Sunday, June 9 in a bathtub of a rental property where she was staying on the 300 block of Chestnut Street.

Black River Falls Police Sergeant Roger Hackman says Harmon was arrested on a parole violation.

Billie Jo Harwick, Harmon's ex-girlfriend who police say was with Harmon at some point after the homicide, was found safe in Madison on June 12.
